During the contest against the Midshipmen, Dobbs led the team with a game-high 13 tackles, including 10 solo stops. His 13 tackles were the most by a Crusader in his collegiate debut since Phil Tyburczy made 18 tackles against Bucknell in 1993.
The Crusaders (0-1 overall) return to action on Saturday, Sept. 7, when they play host to New Hampshire at 1:00 p.m.
