WORCESTER, Mass. – Northeastern guard Jordan Roland scored a game-high 28 points to lead the Huskies to a 101-44 victory over the Holy Cross men's basketball team at the Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex. The Crusaders fall to 0-4 on the year with the loss, while the Huskies improve to 3-2 overall.
Northeastern made 60.0 percent of its field goal attempts and 55.2 percent of its three-pointers on the night, while holding a 42-24 rebounding advantage. Holy Cross made just 29.8 percent of its shots from the floor and 7.4 percent of its attempts from beyond the arc.
After leading 7-4 early on, the Huskies used an 11-0 run to extend their lead to 14 points (18-4). Northeastern was later up 33-17, before closing out the first half with a 30-6 spurt to take a 63-23 advantage into the locker room. The Huskies eventually led by as many as 62 points in the second half before finally posting a 57-point victory.

Drew Lowder led the Crusaders with 10 points, while junior guard
Kyle Copeland added nine points and four rebounds.
Holy Cross returns to action on Friday, Nov. 22, when it plays host to Harvard at 7:00 p.m.Â
