BALTIMORE, Md. – The Holy Cross men's soccer was defeated, 8-1, at Loyola Maryland on Oct. 26.
Dylan Scanley netted the lone Crusader goal.
The Greyhounds started the scoring in the second minute and the seventh minute to take an early 2-0 lead. Loyola added a third goal in the 26
th minute.
Dylan Scanley tallied his fifth of the season on a one-on-one with the Loyola keeper.
Matt McGonigle earned his first collegiate point on the play in the 32
nd minute.
Loyola picked up a fourth goal to end the first half, 4-1. The second half saw four more Greyhound goals as they scored in the 48
th, 60
th, 66
th, and 69
th minutes.
