Jenna Gasparrini, a standout distance runner for the Holy Cross women’s cross country and track and field teams, is one of the most decorated student-athletes in the Class of 2020.
Gasparrini owns both the indoor (16:52.28) and outdoor (17:13.14) school records in the 5,000 meters. She has earned a pair of All-Patriot League second team nods for track after placing second in the indoor 5,000 meters and outdoor 10,000 meters at the Patriot League Championships as a sophomore.
In cross country, she is a two-time runner-up at Patriot League cross country championship, earning All-Patriot League first team honors as a junior and senior. During her junior year, she also received All-Northeast Region recognition after placing 24th at the 2018 NCAA Northeast Regional.
Gasparrini (Ridgefield, Conn.) graduated Holy Cross with a degree in mathematics. She additionally has been named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll multiple times in her career and is a two-time Academic All-Patriot League honoree.
