An english major from Santa Maria, Calif., Katie Barbarick battled back from injury in her freshman season to be a reliable option in the circle for the Crusaders her last three years. Barbarick threw her first collegiate no-hitter this March in a 3-0 shutout victory over St. Bonaventure. She can always find a way to make her team laugh and elevate her teammates to a place where they need to be. Katie has set a tone for her pitchers and has displayed nothing but hard work during her time as a Crusader.
