WORCESTER, Mass. – Senior midfielder Kelly Crowley has been named the ckSmithSuperior Crusader of the Week, for competition from October 7-13. Crowley helped lead the Holy Cross women’s soccer team to a 1-0 victory over Navy in its only game last week.

During the win over the Mids, Crowley scored the only goal of the day when she headed home a corner kick at the 19:30 mark. Her goal was just the second allowed by Navy in Patriot League play this year, and gave the Mids their first conference loss of the season.

Overall this season, Crowley leads the team in scoring with seven points on two goals and three assists. Over the course of her collegiate career, she has totaled five goals and five assists for 15 points in 59 games played.

The Crusaders (3-2-7 overall, 1-0-4 Patriot League) return to action on Saturday, Oct. 19, when they travel to Lehigh for a 1:00 p.m. game.
