Senior Chris Baillargeon of the Holy Cross baseball team has been named the Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week for competition March 17-March 23.

Baillargeon started and played in every game for the Crusaders last week leading them to a 3-1 start in Patriot League play. He slashed .579/.667/.737 for a 1.404 OPS with a team-high 11 hits, three doubles, three RBI, seven runs scored, four walks, and a stolen base. His standout performance was when he set a career-high with four hits going 4-for-5 with a double and two runs scored in a 12-1 win at Lehigh on Saturday.

The first baseman has 12 multiple hit games in 2025 which leads the Crusaders, four of them are 3+ hit efforts. Baillargeon leads the Patriot League in batting average (.379), and on-base percentage (.481), while ranking second in hits (33), sixth in runs (19), seventh in walks (13) and seventh in OPS (.929).

The Crusaders (11-12, 3-1 PL) have recorded their best start in Patriot League play since 2015 when they captured four straight conference games en route to a 7-1 start. They will be back in action against Harvard (0-16) on Tuesday, March 25 at 4 p.m.
