WORCESTER, Mass. – Senior Allie Smiley has been named the ckSmithSuperior Crusader of the Week, for competition from Feb. 24-March 1. Smiley led the Holy Cross women's indoor track and field team to a sixth-place finish at the Patriot League Championship over the weekend.

During Saturday's competition in Bethlehem, Pa, Smiley won the Patriot League title in the long jump after finishing in first place with a leap of 5.80 meters. She also earned an eighth-place finish in the 60-meter dash on Sunday with a time of 7.84 seconds.

The Crusaders return to action this weekend, when they take part in the ECAC Championship in Boston, Mass., from March 7-8.
