Junior forward Caleb Kenney of the Holy Cross men’s basketball team has been named the Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week for competition from Jan. 8 to 14.
Kenney averaged a double-double in Patriot League action this week, with 13.5 points and 10 rebounds per game.
He helped lead the Crusaders to their first conference victory of the season, recording 13 points, nine rebounds and three blocks in a 69-66 overtime win at Lehigh on Jan. 13.
Earlier in the week, he secured his first double-double of the season with a 14-point, 11-rebound showing against Navy. He added in four blocks in that contest.
Kenney has tallied double-digit points in each of the last six games, and is averaging 10.2 points per game and 6.0 rebounds per game. He has 26 blocks this season, ranking second in the Patriot League.
