Holy Cross Athletics

Senior linebacker Liam Anderson of the Holy Cross football team has been named the Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week for game action from Oct. 31 to Nov. 6.

Anderson’s strong performance led the Crusaders to clinch their fourth consecutive Patriot League title with a 42-14 win vs. Lehigh on Saturday. Anderson totaled nine tackles, including five solo tackles and two tackles for a loss of five yards.  The undefeated Crusaders held Lehigh to just 281 yards of offense and only 81 rushing yards. 

This season, Anderson leads Holy Cross with 56 tackles and 10.5 tackles for loss.
