Senior guard Austin Butler has been named the Crusader of the Week, for competition from February 8-14. He averaged 16.0 points and 6.5 rebounds per game last week, while hitting 54.5 percent of his field goal attempts (12 of 22).

During Saturday's 82-65 victory over Boston University, Butler led the team with 20 points and 11 rebounds, good for the 10th double-double of his collegiate career. He also recorded 12 points and two rebounds against the Terriers on Sunday.

On the season, Butler is averaging 13.8 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game and has connected on 43.9 percent of his three-point field goal attempts. Over the course of his Holy Cross career, he has totaled 1,229 points, 533 rebounds, 183 assists and 114 steals. 

The Crusaders (3-9 overall, 3-9 Patriot League) return to action on Wednesday, Feb. 17, when they play host to Boston University at 5:00 p.m.
