Shane Ebanks is in his first season an assistant men’s soccer coach at the College of the Holy Cross in 2025. Ebanks is heavily involved with all facets of the program, including skill instruction, game preparation and recruiting.
Ebanks came to Holy Cross from Emmanuel College, where he served as an assistant coach from 2021-2024. He helped lead the Saints to winning records in three of his four years on the staff, with Emmanuel advancing to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference semifinals twice. Ebanks has also worked numerous clinics and camps with Next Step Sports Academy and Worcester Academy, in addition to coaching with Mendon-Upton Youth Soccer.
In 2021, Ebanks earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Bridgewater State University, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. During his junior season, he started all 20 games for the Bears, totaling seven points on two goals and three assists.
