Ryan Sortino enters his second full academic year on the athletic training staff at Holy Cross in 2021-22. He serves as the athletic trainer for the Crusader field hockey and softball teams.
Sortino previously served as an athletic trainer at Marathon Physical Therapy beginning in 2019, where he worked as a floating athletic trainer for Oliver Ames and Mansfield High Schools, covering football, ice hockey, wrestling and gymnastics. He also assisted with club sports coverage at Stonehill College for lacrosse, ice hockey and rugby.
Prior to that, he was an athletic trainer for Premier PTSP in Delaware from 2017-19, working as a high school athletic trainer at First State Military Academy while also covering tournaments at the DE Turf Sports Complex and the Mizuno Capitol Hill Volleyball Classic.
Sortino graduated from Marywood University in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in athletic training.
