Nicole Pino enters her second season with the Holy Cross football program as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting.
Prior to Holy Cross, Pino worked for Bridgewater State University Athletics. She acted as the Athletic Event Assistant for all 22 sports, assisting with all aspects of event management operations and supervising the student staff.
Pino worked as a part of the Athletic Event Staff at Springfield College for her junior and senior year while obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Sport Management, graduating in 2024. While in college, she also was a member of the Springfield College Pride Dance Team, acting as a captain her sophomore year.
Before college, Pino was a student manager for the football team at East Bridgewater Jr./Sr. High School.
Pino is a native of East Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
