Nick Dicciani enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Holy Cross women's basketball team in 2026-27.
Dicciani comes to Worcester after spending the 2025-26 season as a coaching associate at Villanova. During his time with the Wildcats, Dicciani coordinated player development and assisted with game-day scouting, helping Villanova post a 23-6 regular-season record and earn an NCAA Tournament berth.
Prior to Villanova, Dicciani was a trainer at the Danny Cooper Basketball Academy in Philadelphia from 2024-25, providing individual skill development and instruction to athletes of all ages.
Dicciani also has experience in professional basketball, working as a stats auditor for the NBA G League from 2023-25. In his time with the league, he verified game statistics for more than 300 contests, managed live data during league events, and assisted with player development activities at the NBA Combine and G League Elite Camp.
From 2022-24, he served as the Director of Operations and Head Basketball Scout for Siegel Sports & Entertainment, creating player profiles and scouting reports for NBA, professional, and collegiate athletes.
Dicciani graduated from Temple University in 2023, earning a degree in sports and recreation management.
