Kevin Claflin enters his first season on the Holy Cross football staff in 2026 as the team’s director of operations.
Before joining Holy Cross, Claflin served as the varsity defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach at Roxbury Latin School. During his time with the program, he helped lead a defense that allowed just 17 points per game while forcing 14 turnovers in eight contests. He also coached quarterbacks, wide receivers, and defensive backs while assisting with recruiting and program operations.
Claflin also gained collegiate recruiting experience as a consultant with Premier Football Consulting and as a scouting consultant for the University of New Hampshire Football and Tennessee Tech, where he evaluated high school prospects, analyzed game film, and collaborated with coaching staff on recruiting decisions.
A graduate of Bates College, Claflin earned a bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in philosophy in 2019. While at Bates, he was a four-year varsity football student-athlete.
