Frank Mitchell is in his second year as the General Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Holy Cross in 2022-23.
Employed by Peak Sports MGMT, Mitchell works on behalf of the Holy Cross athletic department. He sells and manages all Holy Cross athletics marketing inventory including digital elements, in venue signage, promotions, community events and hospitality packages. Mitchell also serves as the liaison between local and regional companies and Holy Cross athletics. He effectively demonstrates and presents the value of advertising through Holy Cross athletics and aligning with the college and athletics program as well.
Before heading to Worcester, Mitchell was the General Manager of the New Jersey Athletic Club for four years and Actively managed all departments of the company including sales, operations, maintenance, personal training, and events, hired new employees, hosted performance review meetings, sold corporate packages developed community partnerships and engaged with club members to ensure satisfaction and increase overall retention.
A former standout college athlete, Mitchell was a walk-on for the Rutgers men's basketball team in 2010-11 and earned Big East All-Academic Team honors. He then transferred to Ithaca College (
bio) was a D3Hoops.com All-East Region Second Team member, a three-time All-Empire 8 Second Team athlete and the Empire 8 Championship MVP. A team captain and two-time conference champion, Mitchell finished his Ithaca career ranking eighth all-time in program history with 1,298 points.
Mitchell graduated from Ithaca with a degree in sport management in 2014 before receiving his master's degree in athletic leadership from Rider University in 2019.
