Elijah Gonzalez returns to Holy Cross as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Marketing and Brand Enhancement in 2025.
He spent the last four years at Stanford University, where he most recently served as the Director of Live Events. He previously worked at Holy Cross as the director of video and network production at Holy Cross from 2019 to 2021.
Gonzalez has worked with the Crusaders in various capacities since 2017 as on-air talent and a part-time member of the broadcasting team, including live directing and production work. He has been a play-by-play broadcaster for various New England colleges and universities, appearing on ESPN+, NESN and the Patriot League Network.
He has also served as the director of broadcasting and media relations for the Norwich Sea Unicorns, the Class A Short Season affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. With the Sea Unicorns, he performed play-by-play for all games and executed media relations duties, including social media and game recaps.
He graduated from Otterbein University in 2017 with a degree in journalism and media communication.
