Chris Tillotson joined the Holy Cross men's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in August 2025.
In his roll, Tillotson works directly with the goalkeepers, focusing on individualized skill development and focused training during practices.
Prior to Holy Cross, Tillotson was a Coaching Coordinator with Primetime Lacrosse, creating practice plans for the 2031 team, supported the logistical operations of tournaments, and assisted with content development. Before Primetime, Tillotson also served as an Administrative Assistant Intern at Hoop Mountain, a Marketing and Ticketing Intern at Fairfield University, and a Data Analytics Intern with FLG Lacrosse.
A four-year goalkeeper on the Endicott College men's lacrosse team, Tillotson earned Third Team All-Conference and NEILA All-Academic honors. Tillotson graduated from Endicott with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in 2024 and a Masters of Business Administration in 2025.
