Holy Cross Athletics

Bridget Looney enters her second year as an athletic trainer at the College of the Holy Cross in 2022-23. Looney works on a day-to-basis as an athletic trainer for the volleyball, men’s cross country and men’s track and field teams, as well as men's/women's swimming & diving, in addition to providing support for a number of other varsity sports.

Looney spent spring of 2021 as a temporary athletic trainer at Holy Cross, working with the women’s soccer program for the official spring season. Prior to her time on the Hill, Looney worked at Lincoln-Sudbury High School and with the Merrimack Valley Junior Warriors.

Looney earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Kent State University in 2018. She went on to receive her master’s degree in athletic training from Merrimack College in 2020.
