Brianna Robinson is in her first full academic year as Holy Cross’ associate director of ticket sales, operations and fan experience in 2022-2023, after joining the Crusaders in February of 2022. She is responsible for the oversight of all ticketing functions and retail operations with a focus on generating revenue and attendance.
Prior to joining the Crusaders, Robinson spent three years as an assistant ticket manager at Providence College, where she managed all aspects of ticket operations for the Friars’ men’s and women’s basketball and men’s ice hockey teams.
She also spent time as a technical marketing intern with the Kopin Corporation in Westborough, Mass.
Robinson is a 2018 graduate of Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in physical education and sport management. During her time as an undergraduate, she was a game day intern and event ambassador for the department of athletics.
