Holy Cross Athletics

2014-2015:  
• Competed in the 400-meter dash and 500-meter run
• Also competed on the 4x400-meter relay team
• Posted career-best times in the 400-meter dash (1:00.71) at the Minuteman Invitational and in the 500-meter run (1:21.91) versus Maine.

2013-2014:
• Name to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 200, 400, 4x400 relay and 4,000 distance medley relay
• Recorded season-best times in the 200 (27.19) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 1) and 400 (1:01.09) at the Holy Cross home meet (April 20)
• Member of the 4x400 relay team that set a season team-best indoor time of 3:57.96 at the New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 23)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Niskayuna High School under head coach Jason Derocco
• Named team captain as a senior
• Won Rookie of the Year (2009), Best in Track (2011) and named a Scholar Athlete
• Holds school record in the indoor and outdoor distance medley relay, indoor sprint medley relay, 300 and as part of the 4x400 indoor relay team
• Member of National Honor Society.
