Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of thevarsity cross country team at Bay Shore H.S...team captain in2009...named to the Academic All-County team in 2009...namedAll-Division in 2007...team won the league championship anddivision championship from 2005-2008...received the NYS ScholarAthlete Award 2005-2009...also a member of the indoor and outdoortrack and field teams...team captain senior year...indoor team wasleague champions 2005-2010 and county champions2005-2010...received the NYS Scholar Athlete Award2005-2010...outdoor team was league champions 2007-2010 and countychampions in 2009...received NYS Scholar Athlete Award2007-2010...member of  National Honor Society...member of theHonor Roll 2007-2010...received the President’s Award forEducational Excellence in 2010.

Personal: Daughter of Paul and GeorgetteTiedemann...has one brother (Paul)...majoring in Biology...also amember of the Holy Cross cross country team.
