2016-2017:

• Competed in the 200 and 400-meter dashes; the 4 x 400-meter Relay; the 55, 60, 100 and 400-meter hurdles
• Posted career-best times in the 200-meter dash (27.33) at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/27) and the 55-meter hurdles at UNH vs Holy Cross (1/21)
• Qualified for and finished 12th in the 60-meter hurdles (9.30) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/17)
• Finished 11th in the 4 x 400-meter Relay (3:59.81) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/24)
• Also qualified for the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60-meter hurdles (9:15) and finished 17th overall
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015-2016:

• Led the Crusaders in the 100m hurdles (14.94) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/24) and in the 400m hurdles (1:06.48) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6)
• Also competed in the 100 and 200-meter dashes, as well as the 55 and 60-meter hurdles
• Posted career-best time in the 200-meter dash (28.82) at the Rutgers Invitational (1/8) and in in the 60m hurdles (9.12) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19)
• Recorded season-best times in the 100m (13.39) at the Minuteman Invitational (4/16) and in the 55m hurdles (8.82) at New Hampshire (1/16)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015: 

• Competed in the 60 and 200-meter dashes and the 55, 60, 100 and 400-meter hurdles
• Competed on the 4x400-meter relay team
• Posted season-best times in the 60 (8.62) at the Jay Carisella Invitational and 200 (28.87) at the UMass Boston Indoor Opener, in the 55-meter hurdles (8.69) versus New Hampshire, in the 60-meter hurdles (9.29) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship, the 100-meter hurdles (15.37) at the New England Outdoor Championship and 400-meter hurdles (1:08.89) at the Holy Cross Invitational
• Named Patriot League Rookie of the Week (12/15) and ECAC Rookie of the Week (12/17).

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the varsity outdoor track team at Colts Neck High School
• Team captain in 2013 and 2014
• Team won the B North Division championship in 2012
• Set school record in the 100 meter hurdles
• Named to third team All-Shore Conference, second team All-Monmouth County and first team All-Freehold District in 2014, third team All-Monmouth County and first team All-Freehold District in 2013 and second team All-Monmouth County in 2012
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor track team
• Captain for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 seasons
• Set school and Freehold Regional District record in the 60 meter hurdles
• Named to second team All-Monmouth County and first team All-Freehold District in 2014 and second team All-Shore Conference, second team All-Monmouth County and first team All-Freehold District in 2013
• Three-year member of the varsity soccer team
• Team captain in 2013
• Member of National Honor Society and Italian Honor Society.
