2013-2014:
• Competed in the 55, 60 and 100 meter hurdles, 200, 800, high jump, triple jump , javelin, shot put, heptathlon and pentathlon
• Recorded career-best times in the 60 meter hurdles (9.81) at the Rhode Island Pentathlon (Dec. 6), 100 meter hurdles (15.77) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19), 800 meter (2:27.39) at the New England Indoor Championship (March 1), pentathlon (3,310) at the Rhode Island Pentathlon (Dec. 6), high jump (1.60m) at the Tiger Invitational (Jan. 4), long jump (5.10m) at the Colonial Relays (April 5), shot put (12.07m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 21), set a Holy Cross record in the heptathlon (4,289), 200 meter (28.07), and javelin (34.39m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)
• Recorded season-best times in the 55 meter hurdles (9.30) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18), 200 meter (28.82) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24), long jump (4.98) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (May 2) and shot put (11.78m) at the Colonial Relay (April 5)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Competed in the indoor pentathlon and outdoor heptathlon in events including the 200, 800, 60 hurdles, 100 hurdles, shot put, high jump, long jump and javelin throw
• Also ran the 4x400 relay
• Recorded a career and team season-best scores in the heptathlon (4,174) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 11)
• Recorded a team season-best score in the pentathlon (3,143) at the New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 23)
• Also posted career-best scores in the high jump (1.56m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4) and long jump (5.02m) at the Dick Shea Open (March 30) and tied a career-best in the shot put (11.76m) at New Hampshire (Jan. 19)
• Recorded season best scores in the 200 meter (28.68) and javelin (34.03m) at the New England Outdoor Championship, 800 (2:30.41) at the New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 23), 60 hurdles (9.86) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17) and 100 hurdles (16.77) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011-2012:
• Competed in the 200, 400, 500, 800, 55 hurdles, 60 hurdles, 400 meter hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot put, indoor pentathlon and 4x400 relay
• Posted season-best marks in the 200 (28.19) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10), 500 (1:25.59) at the Crowell Open (Jan. 6), 400 meter hurdles (1:08.94) at the Tiger Classic (April 6), 400 (1:02.01), 55 meter hurdles (9.03) at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games (Jan. 27), 800 (2:30.33) and high jump (1.51m) at the New England Indoor Championship and 60 meter hurdles (9.82), long jump (5.00m), shot put (11.76m) and indoor pentathlon (3,187 points) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17)
• Finished first in the shot put at the New England Indoor Championship (11.76m) and at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17) with a throw of 11.31 meters
• Marks in the high jump, long jump and pentatlon were team-highs for the indoor season
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Member of the Algonquin Regional High School varsity track and field team for four years competing in multiple events
• Team won Central Mass. Divison I Championship in 2010…named league All-Star all four years
• League champion in 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles, discus and shot put
• Central Mass. Division I champion in discus and third place finisher in the heptathlon
• Named to Telegram & Gazette All-Star Super Team in 2010
• Set school record in the 400 hurdles and 4x400 relay
• Also a four-year member of the soccer and basketball teams
• Named captain senior year for both teams
• Named Central Mass. Division I All-Star and League All-Star
• Soccer team won Central Mass. Division I Championships in 2008 and 2009 and the Massachusetts Division I State Championship in 2009
• Basketball team won Central Mass. Division I Championship in 2011
• Named to Telegram & Gazette All-Star Super Team in 2011
• Member of Athletic Council and National Honor Society.
