Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2020-21)

2021 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Competed at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship in the 5000 meters, finishing in 21st place with a season best time of 17:36.76 (5/1). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Placed first in the 3000 meters (10:27.05) at the Patriot League Challenge (2/28). 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS: 

• Four-year member of the Avon High School cross country and track and field teams under head coach Albert Dadario.
• Two-year captain.
• All-Conference selection for cross country from 2017 to 2019.
• All-Courant Team first team selection for cross country in 2018 and 2019.
• Owns cross country school record in 5K (18:32).
• In cross country, was an All-State selection from 2017-2019, state champion in 2019 and New England qualifier in 2019. 
• Earned all-conference honors in track and field from 2017 to 2019. 
• All-Courant first team selection in 3,200 meters in 2019.
• Set indoor school records in the 1,600m (5:24) and 2 mile (11:13).
• Set outdoor school records in 4x800 meter relay (9:36), distance medley relay (12:00), 3,200 meters (10:51) and 5,000 meters (17:55).
• State champion in one mile and 4x800m in 2017 and 3,200m in 2019.
• State Championship qualifier in track and field from 2016-2019.
• All-State selection in outdoor track and field from 2017-2019.
• National qualifier in the 3,200 meters and 5,000 meters in 2019 and 2020.
• Member of the National Honor Society.

• Daughter of Charles and Megan Richmond.
• Father competed in soccer, basketball and baseball at Plymouth State.
• Has one sister (Gabrielle) and one brother (Matthew).
• Plans to major in English and studio art.
