2012: Ran in the 200, 400, 500, 600, 800 and4x400 relay…set season-best times 400 (1:02.74) at the HolyCross Invitational (April 21) and 800 (2:33.56) at the Joe DonahueIndoor Games (Jan. 27)…posted career-best times in the 200(28.08) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10), 500 (1:21.55) at theValentine Invitational (Feb. 10) and 600 (1:46.24) at AldenInvitational (Dec. 3).

2011: Ran in the 200, 300, 400, 800 and4x400…ran a time of 45.27 seconds in the 300, finishing in21st place at the Brown Alden Invitational (Dec. 4)…posted aseason-best time of 28.48 seconds in the 200 at the Harvard Open(Dec. 10)…placed ninth in the 800 with a time of 2:31.38 atthe Husky Spring Open (March 19)…recorded a career-best timeof 1:00.54 in the 400 at the Holy Cross Quad Meet (April 23).

2010: Raced in the 200, 400, 500 and 800 forthe Crusaders...placed 14th in the 400 at the Patriot LeagueOutdoor Championship with a season-best time of 1:02.65...ran aseason-best time of 27.94 seconds in the 200 at the UMass SpringMeet.

Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity trackand field team at Westerly H.S...team captain junior and senioryear...received the United States Marine Corps DistinguishedAthlete Award...earned Academic All-State in 2008-2009...namedProvidence Journal Winter All-State Athlete in 2008...member ofNational Honor Society.
