2022-23 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Did not compete.

2022 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Finished eighth in the javelin throw at the UMass Invitational with a season-best mark (33.46m).
• Competed at the UNH Wildcat Invitational in the javelin throw.
• Competed in the javelin throw at the Holy Cross Invitational.
• Claimed seventh in the javelin throw at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.

2021-22 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Did not compete.

2021 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Competed at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship, placing 15th in the javelin with a mark of 33.25 meters (4/30). 
• Recorded a personal best mark of 34.03 meters in the javelin, placing first, against Stonehill (4/18). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Did not compete. 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Did not compete.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• One-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach Obinna Nwafor.
• Owned personal bests of 65.23 seconds in 400m and 115 feet in the javelin.
• Played one year of varsity volleyball under head coach Vinnie Cianfarni.
• Named to National Society of High School Scholars from 2017 to 2019 and was a four-time High Honor Roll selection.
• Earned CCC Conference All-Academic honors from 2017 to 2019.

PERSONAL:

• Daughter of Robert and Christine Stirt.
• Has one brother (Colin) and one sister (Madison).
• Plans to major in psychology at Holy Cross.
