• Ran career-best indoor times in the 60 meter (8.32) at the Joe Donahue Games and 300 meter (43.72) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 7) and career-best outdoor time in the 100 meter (13.02) at the UMass Invitational (April 12)
• Ran season-best indoor times in the 200 meter (27.26) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24) and 400 meter (59.58) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 21) and season-best outdoor times in the 200 meter (26.70) at the UMass Invitational (April 12) and 400 meter (58.10) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19)
• Member of the 4 x 200 relay team who recorded a Holy Cross record time of 1:42.24 at the Colonial Relay (April 5)
• Member of the 4 x 400 relay team who recorded a season-best time of 3:56.09 at the Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 15)
• Member of the 4 x 440 relay team who recorded a season-best time of 4:06.29 at the Harvard Invitational (Feb. 1)
• Member of the 4,000 distance medley relay team who ran a school record time of 11:48.66 at the Colonial Relay (April 5).
2012-2013:
• Ran in the 60, 100, 200, 400, 800 and 4x400 relay
• Posted career-best times in the 200 meter (26.42) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 28) and 400 meter (59.53) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4)
• Recorded season-best times in the 60 meter (8.46) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25), 100 meter (13.24) at the Brown Springtime Open and 800 meter (2:41.50) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 6)
• Member of the 4x400 relay team that set a season team-best indoor time of 3:57.96 at the New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 23)
• Also a member of the 4x400 relay team that set a season team-best outdoor time of 3:53.27 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2011-2012:
• Competed in the 200, 400, 500, 4x400 relay, 4x400, distance medley relay and discus throw
• Posted season-best marks in the 200 (27.65) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10), 400 (1:00.68) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 21), 500 (1:24.89) at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational (Jan. 13) and discus (31.49m) at the UMass Invitational (April 14)
• Earned second team All-Patriot League honors for a second place finish as a member of the 4,000 distance medley team at the Patriot League Indoor Championship with a time of 12:02.32.
Before Holy Cross:
• Four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Springfield Central High School for James Bermudez
• Captain as a junior and senior
• Record holder in the 400 at the Mayors Cup which is the city championship in Springfield
• Named All-Western Mass. by the Republican in 2011
• Team won the 2009 and 2011 conference championship and went undefeated in 2011
• Earned Student-Athlete Scholar honors for the city of Springfield
• Also three-year starter and senior captain of the varsity soccer team
• Played varsity basketball in 2010
• Member of National Honor Society
• Earned first honors in the graduating class
• President of Band
