2013-2014:
• Competed in the long jump, shot put, pentathlon, high jump, 55 and 60 meter hurdles, 200 and 800
• Recorded career-best indoor numbers in the high jump (1.62m) against Maine (Feb. 1), shot put (9.87m) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18) 60 meter hurdles (10.44) at the Yale Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 11) and career-best outdoor numbers in the 800 meter (2:58.42), pentathlon (2.666) and long jump (4.50m) at the Rhode Island Pentathlon (April 5)
• Recorded season-best indoor numbers in the 200 meter (29.81) against Maine (Feb. 1), 55 meter hurdles (10.46) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18) and season-best outdoor numbers in the high jump (1.53m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

• Competed in the 200, 400, 55 hurdles, 60 hurdles, 100 hurdles, 4x400 relay, high jump, long jump and shotput
• Posted season-best scores in the 200 meter (28.88) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 6), 400 meter (1:07.66) and 60 hurdles (10.83) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25), 55 hurdles (9.93) at Maine (Feb. 2), 100 hurdles (17:15) at the Holy Cross home meet (April 20), high jump (1.56m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4), long jump (4.49m) at the Crowell Open (Jan. 5) and shot put (7.79m) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec.1).

Before Holy Cross:
• Five-year member of the varsity track and field team at Glens Falls High School under head coach Abigail Adams
• Three-time Section BB pentathlon champion
• Named a 2012 Foothills Council first team All-Star in both the pentathlon and the high jump
• Also a three-year member of the varsity volleyball team and four-year member of the varsity basketball team.

• Has two brothers (Devin and Jordan) and one sister (Adrienne)
• Twin brother, Devin, plays basketball at Sage College
