CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019-20, 2020-21)

2021 OUTDOOR (SENIOR):

• Competed on the 4x400 relay team that placed third in a time of 3:54.10 at the New England Outdoor Championship (5/15). 
• Ran a personal best time of 1:03.96, placing sixth, in the 400 hurdles at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/1). 
• Ran a personal best time of 58.32 in the 400 meters against Rhode Island (4/14). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Placed third in the 400 meters (58.56) and first in the 4x400 relay (3:59.84) at the Patriot League Challenge (2/28). 
• Placed first in the 400 meters (59.77) and second in the 4x400 relay (4:23.56) at the Colgate Invitational (2/21). 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Did not compete.

2019 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Had a personal best in the 400 meter hurdles (1:05.03) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/3).
• Won the 400 meter hurdles (1:05.67) while placing fourth in the 100 meter hurdles (15.47) at the UNH Season Opener (4/6).
• Had a season best in the long jump (5.01m) at the Black & Gold Invitational (3/29).

 2018-19 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Placed 12^th in the 60 meter hurdles (9.19) and 15^th in the long jump (5.31m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/16-17).
• Placed fifth in the 55 meter hurdles (8.78) and sixth in the long jump (4.95m) vs. UNH (1/19).
• Had a personal best to place third in the long jump (5.38m) at the Howlin’ Husky Invitational (12/8).

 2018 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Finished 20^th at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships in the 100 meter hurdles, running a time of 15.53 (5/11).
• Placed 12^th in the 100 meter hurdles (14.87) and 12^th in the long jump (5.34m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/4).

 2017-18 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Placed 16^th at the Patriot League Indoor Championships in the 60 meter hurdles, running a 9.35 (2/17).
• Finished 20^th in the 60 meter hurdles, running a 9.30, at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (2/2).

• Majoring in psychology.
