2012: Ran in the 55, 60, 100, 200, 300, 400, 4x100 and4x400…set a season-best time in the 55 (7.44) at the AldenInvitational (Dec. 3)…posted career-best times in the 60(7.93) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17), 300(43.41) at the Alden Invitational, 400 (1:01.85) at the BrownSpringtime Open (April 29), 100 (12.37) at the Patriot LeagueOutdoor Championship (May 4) and 200 (25.74) at the New EnglandOutdoor Championship (May 10)… earned second teamAll-Patriot League honors as a member of the 4x100 relay team thatfinished second at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship in a newschool record time of 47.02…4x100 team also finished firstat the UMass Invitational (April 14) at 48.14, the Holy CrossInvitational at 47.40 and Brown Springtime Open (April 29) at47.95…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Competed inthe 55, 60, 100, 200, 300, 400, 4x100 and 4x400…ran acareer-best time of 7.42 seconds in the 55 at New Hampshire (Jan.22)…posted a career-best distance of 4.96 meters in the longjump at Maine (Feb. 5)…part of the first place 4x100 meterrelay team at the AIC Invitational (April 2) and the BrownSpringtime Open (May 1)…ran a season-best 12.72 seconds atthe Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 6) in the100…earned AT&T Crusader of the week (Dec. 13).

2010: Competed inthe 55, 60, 100, 200 and long jump...earned first team All-PatriotLeague honors as a member of the winning 4x100 relay team at thePatriot League Outdoor Championship...placed third overall in the55 with a season-best time of 7.48 seconds in the dual meet againstUNH... placed third overall in the 100 with a season-best time of12.62 seconds at the UMass Spring Meet...placed fifth overall inthe long jump at the RPI Outdoor Early Invitational with aseason-best distance of 4.83 meters.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of thevarsity track and field team at Milford H.S...team captain juniorand senior year...named team MVP in 2009...was class I and stateoutdoor champion in the 100 and 200 in 2009...state indoor championin the 55 in 2009...member of the class I 4x200 relay  teamthat was indoor champion in 2009...also a member of the 4x200 relayteam that was class I outdoor champion in 2008 and 2009...namedNashua Telegraph first team All-State team 2008, Player ofthe Year in 2009 and Student-Athlete of the year in 2009...also afour year member of the varsity soccer and basketballteams...member of the executive student council...vice president ofthe Athletic Association.
