CAREER HONORS:
Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholar (2019-20, 2020-21)

2021 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed 10th in the Heptathlon (3458) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (4/30-5/1).  
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed first in the 60 meter hurdles with a time 9.74 in the Patriot League Challenge (2/28). 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named an Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholar.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Competed in the high jump at the Patriot League Indoor Championship, placing 17^th while clearing 1.50 meters (3/1).
• Posted a pair of personal bests at the URI Coaches Tribute, placing ninth in the prelims of the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.42 and seven in the high jump with a mark of 1.55m (2/8).
• Had a PR of 2,680 in the pentathlon at the URI Pentathlon, placing sixth (12/4).

• Had a personal best in the 100 meter hurdles, running a 16.90 at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Had a personal best in the high jump (1.47m), placing seventh at the UNH Season Opener (4/6).

 2018-19 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Had a personal best in the 60 meter hurdles, running a 9.44 and placing eighth at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/25).
• Had personal bests in the 200 meters (28.59), in the 55 meter hurdles (8.80), and the shot put (10.63m) at the UNH vs Holy Cross (1/19).
• Had a personal best in the 60-meter dash, running an 8.54 at the Howlin’ Husky Invitational (12/8).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year member of the track and field team under head coaches Catherine Xeller and Jerry Ciarleglio.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Received the Most Dedicated Performer Award (2016) and Most Outstanding Performer Award (2017 season and 2018 season).
• Named the Most Outstanding Female Hurdler (2017), All-City of Waterbury (2015, 2016, 2017), and All-NVL (2016, 2017, 2018).
• Set a school record at the 3rd Annual Torrington Invitational in the 300m hurdles (2017, time of 50.26).
• Also a three-year member of the varsity volleyball team under head coach Danielle Moffo.
• Served as captain senior year and was named MVP (2016) and Most Dedicated Player (2017).
• Four-year member of the varsity basketball team under head coach Frank Lombardo.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Named Most Improved Player (2015-2016) and earned the Crusader Award (2017-2018).
• Member of the National Honor Society, named to the All-Academic team for all three sports and earned the Achievement in Academics in Holy Cross High School (2014-2015, 2016-2017).
• Graduated high school with High Distinction.

PERSONAL: 

• Daughter of Vernon and Michelle. 
• Has one brother (Vernon) and two sisters (Mercedz and Paris).
• Mercedz was a four-year member of the varsity cheerleading team at Providence. 
• Vernon played basketball at Mitchell College. 
• Majoring in psychology.
