2013-2014:
• Ran in the 200, 400 and 500
• Ran career-best times in the 200 meter (29.41) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 7), 400 meter (1:05.66) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18) and the 500 meter (1:23.44) against Maine (Feb. 1)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field team at Niskayuna High School
• Named team captain senior year
• Won the Coach’s Award senior year and the Scholar Athlete Award all four years
• Holds the freshman record for the 4x400 and the school record for the indoor and outdoor sprint medley relay and the indoor 4x400
• Also ran two seasons on the varsity cross country team
• Named captain senior year
• Won Rookie of the Year junior year and was a Scholar Athlete in both seasons
• Won the Niskayuna Medal of Excellence, the Niskayuna Medal of Academic Excellence, the Niskayuna Community Foundation Award, the Class of 1987 Award and the Niskayuna Teacher’s Association Science Award
• Member of National Honors Society.
