- Served as a track and field team captain
- Competed in six of the nine meets on the season
- Claimed second in both the 4x100m relay (48.20) and the 4x400m relay (3:57.18) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 7)
- Finished seventh in the 4x100m relay (47.72) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:58.87) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (Apr. 13)
- Won both the 4x100m relay (47.58) and the 4x400m relay (3:52.76) while taking second in the 400m (56.30) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)
- Set a personal best in the 200m (25.42, second) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 27)
- Broke the 400m school record in the prelim (55.97, fourth) and took fifth in both the 400m final (56.48) and the 4x400m relay (3:49.79) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
- Helped break the school record in the outdoor 4x400m relay (3:48.49, second) for the silver medal and broke the 400m school record again (55.57, third) in the final for the bronze medal at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 10-11)
AS A SENIOR IN 2023-24 INDOOR:
- Served as a track and field team captain
- Competed in seven of the nine meets on the season
- Set a personal best in the 300m (41.73, eighth) and came in second in the 4x400m relay (4:05.82) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 2)
- Won the 400m (58.52) and clinched second in the 4x400m relay (4:01.56) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 20) which earned her Crusader of the Week (Jan. 15-21)
- Came in eighth in the 400m (57.85) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:56.60) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 26)
- Finished 14th in the 4x400m relay (3:52.44) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9)
- Placed seventh in both the 400m (56.64) and the 4x400m relay (3:55.47) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 24-25)
- Helped break the school record in the indoor 4x400m relay record (3:47.83, first) for the gold medal at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Mar. 2)
AS A JUNIOR IN 2023 OUTDOOR:
- Competed in eight of the nine meets on the season
- Finished eighth in the 200m (25.82) and fourth in both the 4x100m relay (49.62) and the 4x400m relay (3:57.27) at the Bryant Black & Gold Invitational (Mar. 31-Apr. 1)
- Placed sixth in the 400m (58.60) and fifth in the 4x100m relay (48.71) at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (Apr. 7-8)
- Took fifth in the 400m (58.67) at the Friar Invitational (Apr. 14)
- Won the 4x100m relay (47.95) at the Merrimack Alumni Classic (Apr. 15)
- Came in seventh in the 400m (58.57), second in the 4x100m relay (48.02) and won the 4x400m relay (3:55.80) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 22)
- Clinched second in the 200m (15.30) and won the 4x100m relay (48.47) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 29)
- Had a fifth place finsh in the 4x100m relay (47.58) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:53.82) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 5-6)
- Claimed fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:55.02) and sixth in the 4x100m relay (47.75) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 12-13)
AS A JUNIOR IN 2022-23 INDOOR:
- Competed in eight of the 11 meets on the season
- Claimed third in the 500m (1:19.99) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 3)
- Won the 400m (59.25) at the Beacon Invitational (Dec. 10)
- Clinched second in the 500m (1:19.61) and won the 4x400m relay (4:08.66) against New Hampshire (Jan. 22)
- Set a personal best in the 800m (2:28.78, 40th) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 27-28)
- Set a personal best in the 500m prelim (1:19.11, 10th) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Feb. 2-3)
- Took fifth in the 400m (1:00.14) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 11)
- Helped the 4x400m relay to fifth (4:01.25) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 25-26)
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022 OUTDOOR:
- Competed in three of the seven meets on the season
- Set a personal best in the 400m hurdles (1:08.17, eighth) and won the 4x400m relay (3:58.93) at the UMass Invitational (Apr. 3)
- Finished eighth in the 400m hurdles (1:08.25) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 23)
- Took fifth in the 400m (1:00.60) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 30)
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021-22 INDOOR:
- Competed in eight of the nine meets on the season
- Placed sixth in the 4x400m relay (4:13.76) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 4)
- Came in fifth in the 400m (1:01.67) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 15)
- Clinched second in the 400m (1:02.28) and won in the 4x400m relay (4:10.25) against New Hampshire (Jan. 22)
- Took fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:59.26) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Feb. 4-5)
- Claimed fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:56.99) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 26-27)
BEFORE HOLY CROSS:
- Ran four seasons of varsity track under head coach Anthony Callahan
- Three-time team captain
- Named an NEC All-Star in 2017, 2018 and 2019
- Member of the school record holding 4x100 relay team (50.26)
- Also competed as a four-year member of the varsity soccer and basketball teams

- Brother, Nick, played football at Merrimack (Class of '18)
- Brother, Brendan, plays hockey at Worcester State
- Graduated with a degree in psychology
