Holy Cross Athletics

2010: Ran a time of 5:28.40 in the 1,500 at the Holy Cross Quad meet...finished with a time of 5:55.85 in the one mile in the dual meet against Maine...finished with a time of 11:53.06 in the 3,000 at the Boston Indoor Games.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the track and field team at Reb Bank Catholic H.S...named to the second team All-Shore indoor team in 2007...member of the 4x800 relay team at Penn Relays, Nike indoor nationals and Nike outdoor nationals...also a four-year member of the varsity cross country team...team captain senior year.

Personal: Daughter of John and Debra Rochford...has two sisters (Heather and Clare)...has not yet declared a major.
