• Competed in the 3,000, 5,000-meter and one mile runs
• Posted season-best times in the one mile (5:43.80) at the Joe Donahue Games, in the 3,000 (11:05.00) at the Brown Springtime open and the 5,000 (19:35.65) at the Holy Cross Invitational.
2013-2014:
• Ran in the one mile, 1500, 3000 and 5000
• Ran career-best times in the one mile (5:29.94) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7), 1500 meter (5:12.11) at the UMass Invitational (April 12), 3000 meter (11:01.59) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18) and 5000 meter (18:52.85) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2012-2013:
• Ran in the 1,000, 1,500, one mile and 3,000
• Recorded season-best times in the 1,000 (3:21.17) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25), 1,500 (5:18.17) at the Holy Cross home meet (April 20), one mile (5:45.97) at New Hampshire (Jan. 19) and 3,000 (11:39.14) at the GoRhody Invitational (Jan. 11)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Norwich Free Academy for coach Chad Johnson
• Named team captain senior year
• Selected All-Conference in 2012
• Team won the Eastern Connecticut Conference and state championships in 2012
• Also a three-year member of the varsity soccer team, serving as team captain as a senior.
