2013-2014:
• Ran in the 60, 100, 200, 300, 400, 4 x 100, 4 x 200, 4 x 400 and 4 x 440 relay
• Ran career-best times in 60 meter (8.15) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24), 100 meter (12.60) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 22)
• Ran season-best times in the 200 meter (26.38) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 21) and 26.39 at the Colonial Relay (April 5), 300 meter (43.44) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 7) and 400 meter (59. 76) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7)
• Member of 4 x 100 relay team who recorded a season-best time of 46.98 at the UMass Invitational (April 12)
• Member of the 4 x 200 relay team who recorded a Holy Cross record time of 1:42.24 at the Colonial Relay (April 5)
• Member of the 4 x 400 relay team who recorded a season-best time of 3:56.09 at the Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 15).

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 100, 200, 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay
• Posted a career-best time in the 200 meter (26.21) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 11)…recorded season-best times in the 100 (12.78) and the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)
• Earned second team All-Patriot League honors as a member of the 4x100 relay team that finished second at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship with a time of 47.06.

2011-2012:
• Ran in the 55, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 4x100, 4x400 and 4x440 relays
• Posted season-best times in the 55 (7.67) at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games (Jan. 27), 100 (12.68) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 10), 200 (26.43) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 21), 300 (42.85) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 3) and 400 (1:00.37) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10)
• Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished first at the New Hampshire Invitational (Jan. 21) with a time of 4:05.40 and the 4x440 yard relay team that took first against Maine (Feb. 4) with a time of 4:03.44
• Also a member of the 4x100 relay team that crossed the finish line first at the UMass Invitational (April 14) in 48.14, the Holy Cross Invitational in 47.40 and Brown Springtime Open (April 29) in 47.95
• Earned second team All-Patriot League honors as a member of the 4x100 relay team that finished second at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship in a new school record time of 47.02
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Member of the varsity track team at Holy Cross High School as a sprinter/long sprints runner
• Team captain senior year
• Three-time team MVP
• Earned the NVL Conference Championship Outstanding Performer Award and“Outstanding Senior Award senior year
• Earned the NVL Coaches Award for the Most Outstanding Sprinter three times
• Named All-NVL Conference in the 55m, 300m and 4x200 junior and senior years
• NVL Conference record holder in 300m and 4x200 junior and senior years

• Had the 77th fastest time in the nation in the 300M (41.17) out of over 19,000 participants in the Milesplit.com’s USA High School National First Team Elite senior year

• Four-year Connecticut State Class and Open Qualifier
