CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019-20, 2020-21)

2021 OUTDOOR (SENIOR):

• Ran a personal best of 19:45.12 in the 5000 meters, placing seventh, against Stonehill (4/18). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Did not compete. 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Ran a collegiate best of 10:53.85 in the 3,000 meters at the BU Season Opener (12/7).

2019 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Had a personal best in the 800 meters, running a time of 2:26.91 at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Had a personal best in the 1,500 meters of 5:11.53 at the Black & Gold Invitational (3/29).

2018-19 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Had a personal best in the mile vs. UNH, running a 5:40.31 (1/19).

2017-18 (FRESHMAN):

• Competed in the indoor 800m and outdoor 800m and 1500m events. 
• Posted season-best time in the indoor 800m (2:35.15) at the New Hampshire vs Holy Cross meet.
• Recorded season-best times in the outdoor 800m (2:28.12) at the Holy Cross Invitational and in the 1500m (5:19.16) at the UNH Season Opener.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• A two-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Geoff Shute. 
• Served as captain senior year.
• Was the Individual Salem County Champion in 2016.
• 5k personal best: 19:50.37.
• Named to the first team tri-county in 2015 and 2016, first team all state in 2016 and team MVP in 2016.
• Also competed in outdoor track and field (4x400m, 800m, 1600m, 3200m) and was on the varsity team for three years under Shute.
• Served as captain senior year. 
• Led the team to be Division Champions in 2016.
• Set the 4x400m record (2016), the 800m record (2016, 2017), the 1600m record (2017), the SMR record (2017) and DMR record (2016).
• Named the NJSIAA Scholar Athlete banquet (2017), Tri-County scholar athlete (2017), team MVP (2016, 2017) and first team tri county (2016, 2017).
• Was a four-year member of the indoor track and field team (800m, 1600m, 3200m, relays).
• Member of the student council, National Honors Society, Spanish Honors Society and executive committee.

PERSONAL:

• Daughter of John and Cynthia. 
• Has one sister (Mia) who is a member of the crew team at Loyola University (Maryland).
• Majoring in biology.
