Holy Cross Athletics

• An Emerging Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2014-2015: 
• Competed in the 200 and 400-meter dashes and 500-meter run
• Also competed on the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay teams
• Posted career-high times in the 200 (27.28) at the Minutemen Invitational and the 400 (59.52) at the Holy Cross Invitational
• Ran season-best time in the 500 (1:22.58) at the UMass Boston Indoor Opener.

2013-2014:
• Ran in the 60, 200, 400, 500 and 800
• Ran career-best indoor times in the 60 meter (8.49) and 200 meter (27.46) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24), 400 meter (1:00.41) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7), 500 meter (1:21.98) at the New England Indoor Championship (Feb. 28) and career-best outdoor times in the 800 meter (2:34.54) at the New Hampshire Invitational (April 5)
• Ran season-best indoor times in the 200 meter (28.01) at the UMass Invitational (April 12) and 500 meter (1:22.67) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 7) and season-best outdoor times in 400 meter (1:00.68) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2).

Before Holy Cross:
• Four-year member of the varsity indoor track and outdoor track teams at Villa Walsh Academy
• Named outdoor track captain junior and senior years and indoor track captain senior year
• Earned MVP honors for outdoor track as a sophomore, junior and senior and was named to the second-team All-Conference and All-Academic teams junior and senior years
• Team won the New Jersey Non-Public B Sectional Championship senior year and was NJSIAA Prep B Champions freshman, junior and senior year
• Was part of the team that set the school record in the 4x100 relay
• Was MVP of the Indoor track team junior and senior year
• Indoor track team was NJSIAA Prep B Champions junior and senior years and NJSIAA State Relay Champions senior year
• Also played two years of varsity soccer
• Team won the Morris County Championship senior year.
