CAREER HONORS: 

• Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22)
• Academic All-Patriot League Team (2022-23)
• Set the school record in the indoor 3000m (9:45.88) and distance medley relay (11:48.43)
• Set the school record in the outdoor 5k and 10k

• Placed second in the mile at the Alden Invitational.
• Claimed seventh in the 3000m at the UMass Invitational.
• Won the mile with a personal best time of 5:00.99 against New Hampshire.
• Finished second in the mile at the Riverhawk Invitational.

• Took fourth in the 5000 meters at the UMass Invitational.
• Finished third in the 1500 meters at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
• Owned a first-place finish in the 5000 meters at the War Eagle Invitational.
• Took second in the 5000 meters the Holy Cross Invitational.
• Set a personal best in the 1500 meters (4:42.60) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational, taking second - helped 4x400 relay take fifth.
• Finished 11th in the 10,000 meters at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship, finishing with a personal best – 36:41.13.
• Set a personal best in the 5000 meters (17:14.33) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship, finishing third and took eighth in the 1500 meters.

• Took first in the 3000 meters against New Hampshire.
• Set a personal best in the 3000 meters (9:54.04) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship, taking third – additionally, placed second in the 5000 meters.
• Finished 17th in the 3000 meters and 13th in the 5000 meters at the Patriot League Indoor Championship.

2021 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Ran the 5000 meters at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship. 
• Ran a personal best of 18:12.40 in the 5000 meters, finishing second, against Stonehill (4/18). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Finished in second in the 3000m with a personal best of 10:36.63 in the Patriot League Challenge (2/28). 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Did not compete.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Six-year member of the varsity cross country team at Manchester Essex under coaches Mark Dawson and Steve Whittey.
• Cross country team captain in 2017 and 2018.
• Four-time Cape Ann League All-Star (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) and three-time Cape Ann League Runner of the Year Award: Baker Division winner (2016, 2017, 2018).
• Helped team accomplish four EMASS Division 6 Championships (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and Cape Ann League Championship (2015).
• Placed second at 2018 Cape Ann League Championships (20:49), second at 2018 MIAA Eastern Division 5 Championships (18:54:10) and third at 2018 MIAA All State Division 2 Finals (19:42:17).
• Boston Globe All-Star in 2015 and 2016 and Boston Globe All-Scholastic in 2017 and 2018. 
• Four-time Boston Herald Fall All-Scholastic selection (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018).
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor track team under head coach Mark Dawson.
• Team captain in 2018-2019.
• Placed fourth in two mile at 2018 Cape Ann League Championships (12:05:99), sixth in two mile at 2018 MIAA Division 4 Championships (11:55:43), second in one mile at 2019 Cape Ann League Championships (5:18:22) and fourth in one mile at 2019 MIAA Division 5 Championships. 
• Four-year member of the varsity outdoor track team under head coach David Coleman.
• Team captain in 2019.
• Three-time champion in one mile at Northeastern Conference Championships (2017, 2018 and 2019).
• Placed second in one mile at 2018 MIAA Eastern Division 1 and 2 Championships (5:08:02), fifth in one mile at 2018 MIAA All-State Outdoor Championships (5:04:54).
• Member of National Honors Society.
