2021 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Member of the 4x800 relay team that took fourth place (9:27.38) at the New England Outdoor Championship (5/14). 
• Competed in the 1500 meters (4:53.74) and 4x800 relay (9:38.87) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (4/30-5/1). 
• Placed second in a time of 4:55.84 in the 1500 meters in a dual meet against Stonehill (4/18). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Competed in the mile (5:16.14), placing fourth at the Patriot League Challenge (2/28). 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Broke school record and earned All-ECAC honors with a fourth-place finish in the distance medley relay at the ECAC Championship, finishing with a time of 11:50.48 (3/8).
• Placed ninth in the finals of the mile at the Patriot League Championship in a time of 5:24.13 (3/1).
• Ran a PR of 5:01.18 in the mile at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/14).
• Placed fifth in the distance medley relay (12:07.20) and sixth in the 4x800 (9:20.03) at the New England Championship (1/31-2/1).
• Ran a personal best of 10:31.52 in the 3,000m at the BU Season Opener (12/7).

• Finished eighth in the 4x800 (9:19.51) at the ECAC Outdoor Championships (5/11).
• Had a personal best of 4:38.36 to place sixth in the 1,500 meters at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/4).
• Finished second in the 1,500 meters, running a time of 4:47.60 at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Had a personal best of 2:18.87 in the 800 meter run at the Ocean State Invitational (4/12).
• Recorded a personal-best 10:34.13 in the 3,000 meters at the UNH Season Opener (4/6).

 2018-19 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Finished 11^th in the 1,000 meters (3:01.14) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/16).
• Finished 15^th in the 1,000 meters at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships, running a 3:03.47 (2/1).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach Kim Useglio.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Set one mile school outdoor record (2018 - 5:07 mile), 4x800 school record (2015) and 4x400 school record (2016). 
• Named Middlesex League All-Star four times and 2018 MIAA D4 1 Mile Champion (outdoor track).
• Set school indoor records one mile school record (2017 - 5:10 mile), 1000m school record (2016 - 3:01 1000m), two mile school record (2018 - 11:28 2 mile), 4x800 school record and 4x400 school record.
• Also a two-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Tom Wittenhagen.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Set the home course school record. 
• Recorded career-best times in the 2.5 miles (14:57) and 5k (18:45).
• Named 2016 D5 Cross Country State Champion, 2016 Boston Herald All-Scholastic and two time Middlesex League All-Star.
• Named 2018 Middlesex League MVP and three time Middlesex League All-Star (indoor track).
• Held the office position of Secrerary of the Class of 2018 (2014-2018).
• Received the SILS Award in 2017, the REACH Award in 2017, the UNH Book Award in 2017 and the 4.0 GPA Award in 2016.
• Was a member of Student Council, Pride Committee, National Honor Society and Raiders Against Drugs Society.
