CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019-20)

2020 OUTDOOR (SENIOR):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Competed in shot put (10^th, 9.44m) and weight throw (10^th, 10.37m) at the University of New Hampshire (1/18).
• Competed in shot put (13^th, 10.05m) and weight throw (10^th, 11.23m) at the BU Season Opener (12/7).

2019 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Had season bests in the discus throw (35.47m) and javelin throw (30.45m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Had a season best at the Ocean State Invitational in the hammer throw (34.01m) (4/12).

2018-19 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed eighth in the shot put (8.72m) and ninth in the weight throw (10.91m) vs. UNH (1/19).

2018 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Placed 13^th in the javelin throw (31.86m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/4).
• Had a personal best in the hammer throw (35.12m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/21).
• Had a personal best in the javelin throw (36.48m) at the Black & Gold Invitational (3/31). 

2017-18 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Had a personal best in the weight throw (11.89m) at the Dartmouth Relays (1/7).
• Recorded a personal best in the shot put (10.47m) at the Howlin' Husky Indoor Invitational (12/9).

2016-17 (FRESHMAN):

• Competed in the hammer, discus, weight throwing events, and the shot put and javelin.
• Recorded season-best shot put distance (9.45m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/22), weight throw (10.01m) at UNH vs Holy Cross (1/21), hammer throw (29.96m) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite (4/29), discus throw (35.57m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/22) and javelin (31.29m) at the U Mass Minutemen Track and Field Invitational (4/15).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• A two-year member of the varsity track and field team at Cheverus High School under head coach Steve Virgilio, serving as team captain her junior and senior years.
• Set personal record in the shot put of 32’1.5”.
• Helped the team to a second-place finish in the State meet in 2013.
• Named SMAA Outstanding Field Performer in 2016.
• Set javelin throw record of 107’4”.
• Holds personal records in the discus of 96’.
• Also played one year of varsity ice hockey.

 PERSONAL:

• Daughter of Robert and Caroline Grinnell.
• Has three sisters (Audrey, Courtney and Taylor).
• Audrey played softball for the University of Connecticut from 2011-2014.
• Majoring in sociology.
