Holy Cross Athletics

• A 360 Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2014-2015: 
• Competed in the shot put, discus, hammer and weight throw
• Posted career-best distances in the hammer throw (42.12m) at the Holy Cross Invitational and the weight throw (14.21m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship
• Cleared season-best distances in the shot put (11.65m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship and discus throw (37.13m) at the Tiger Classic.

2013-2014:
• Competed in the weight, discus and hammer throw and shot put
• Recorded career-best distances in the weight throw (14.04m) against Maine (Feb. 1) and hammer throw (40.93m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)
• Recorded season-best distances in shot put (12.35m) at the Valentine Invitational and 12.55m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2) and discus (39.90m) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 27).

2012-2013:
• Competed in the shot put, discus, hammer throw and weight throw
• Recorded season-best distances in the shot put (12.57m) and discus (42.68m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4), hammer (40.27m) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 28) and weight throw (12.60m) at New Hampshire (Jan. 19).

Before Holy Cross:
• Member of the track and field team at Hoosac Valley High School
• Named Rookie of the Year in 2009 and team most valuable player from 2010-2012
• Holds the school record in the discus
• Also a member of the varsity soccer and basketball teams.

Personal:
• Daughter of Jon and Lisa Provost
• Has three brothers (Jonathan, Joshua and Matthew)
• Has not yet declared a major.
