Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity track and field team at Norwell H.S...team captain in 2009...member of the cross country team...team captain in 2008 ...named South Shore League All-Star in 2008...team was South Shore League Champions 2006-2008 also a four-year member of the varsity swim team...member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Russell Murphy and Susannah Wurgler-Murphy...father was the captain of MIT's men's lightweight rowing team and member of the 1984 U.S. rowing team...has one brother, Russell and one sister, Siobhan...uncle Thomas Gallagher ‘55 and cousin Kristina Hultman ‘06 attended Holy Cross...has not declared a major.
