2011: Ran in the200, 300, 400 and 4x400…part of the first place 4x400 meterrelay team at the Boston Indoor Games (Jan. 28)…recorded afirst place finish at Maine in the 400 with a time of 1:01.33 (Feb.5)…ran a season-best 400 at the BU Valentine Invitationalwith a time of 59.55 (Feb. 11)…posted a season-best time of26.77 in the 200 at the Holy Cross Quad Meet (April 23).

Before Holy Cross:Member of the varsity track and field team at Garden CityH.S...team captain senior year...indoor team was county championsin 2009 and 2010...outdoor team was county champions in 2008, 2009and 2010.
