• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Received Varsity Club’s Cooney Award.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Broke school record in the 500 meters, running a time of 1:13.63 and placing sixth at the ECAC Championship (3/8).
• Placed third in the finals of the 400 meter dash at the Patriot League Championship, running a time of 57.04 (3/1).
• Finished in fifth place in the 500 meters at the BU Valentine Invitational, running a time of 1:14.24 (2/14).
• Placed third in 400 meter dash at New England Championship, running a time of 56.01 (2/1).
• Broke school record in the 400 meters, running a time of 55.78 and placing fifth at the BU Terrier Classic (1/24).
• Won 400 meters at the University of New Hampshire, running a time of 57.83 (1/18).
• Named ckSmithSuperior Crusader of the Week (12/9).
• Broke school record in the 300 meters at the BU Season Opener in a time of 39.88 (12/7).

2019 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed fifth in the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 4x400, running a 3:55.39 (5/11).
• Broke a school record in the 400 meters, running a time of 56.63 to finish sixth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/4).
• Helped 4x400 meter relay team run a time of 3:50.57 to place fifth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/4).
• Placed fourth at the Holy Cross invitational in the 400 meters (57.02) (4/20).
• Had a personal best in the 200 meters, running a time of 25.75, at the Ocean State Invitational (4/12).

2018-19 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed 15^th in the 4x400 (3:52.36) at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/1).
• Placed 12^th in the 400 meters, running a 58.90, at the Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/16).
• Ran a 59.39 to place seventh in the 400 meters at the Boston University / Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/1).

2018 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Placed eighth in the 4x400 in a time of 3:54.54 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/5).

2017-18 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Placed 11^th at the ECAC Indoor Championships in the 4x400, running a 3:50.45 (3/2).
• Was 14^th in the 400 meters (59.95) and seventh in the 4x400 (3:59.48) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/16-17).

2016-17 (FRESHMAN):

• Competed in the 200, 400-meter runs and 4 x 400-meter relay.
• Posted season-best time in the 200m (27:00) at the U Mass Minutemen Track and Field Invitational (4/15), in the 400m (59.97) at the Holy Cross Invitational 2017 (4/22) and in the 4 x 400m relay (3:54.54) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/5).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• A three-year member of the track and field team at Greenwich High School under head coach Evan Dubin, serving as team captain during the 2015-2016 season.
• Earned Most Improved team award in 2016 and Rookie of the Year in 2014.
• Named first team All-FCIAC in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and FCIAC Best in Track in 2014.
• Set school records in the 800m and 1600m sprint medley and distance medley relay.
• Recorded personal records in the 400m (58.6) and 200m (27.2).
• Was FCIAC 400m Champion (2016) and FCAC 4x400m Champion (2016).
• Also was a three-year member of the varsity soccer team, earning the team’s Sportsmanship award in 2015.
• A member of the National Honor Society and Science National Honor Society.

 PERSONAL:

• Daughter of Brian and Melissa Frey.
• Father played football and was a member of the track and field team at Lehigh, class of 1992.
• Has one brother (Ben) and two sisters (Annie and Mary Kate).
• Majoring in computer science.
