2015-2016:

• Ran as part of the 4,000m distance medley relay team that recorded a team-best time of 12:12.48 at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19)
• Competed in the 1,500m, one-mile, 3,000m and 5,000m runs, as well as the 3,000m steeplechase
• Posted career-best times in the 1,500m (4:45.96) at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/30), in the one-mile (5:07.00) at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/6), in the 3,000m (10:51.59) at New Hampshire (1/16), in the 5,000m (18:18.41) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/1) and in the 3,000m steeplechase (12:14.81) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/24)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:
• Competed in the 1,500, one mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs
• Posted career-best times in the 1,500 (4:59.27) at the Minuteman Invitational, in the one mile (5:11.11) at the Joe Donahue Games, in the 3,000 (10:25.43) versus Maine and the 5,000 (18:34.32) at the New Hampshire Outdoor Season Open. 

2013-2014:

• Ran in the one mile, 1500, 3000 and 5000
• Ran career-best times in the one mile (5:15.14) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7), 1500 meter (5:06.56) at the UMass Invitational (April 12), 3000 meter (10:46.30) against Maine (Feb. 1) and 5000 meter (18:45.70) at the Coast Guard Invitational (March 29)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:

• Three-year member of the varsity outdoor track and two-year member of the varsity indoor track teams and three-year cross country at Ridgefield H.S.
• Named outdoor track Scholar-Athlete in 2013
• Cross country captain senior year
• All-FCIAC first team and All-State junior and senior year
• Team was FCIAC, State Class and State Open Champions junior and senior year.

Personal:

• Also runs cross country.
