2008: Had a personal-best distance of 8.35meters in the weight throw at the Reebok Indoor Games (Jan.25)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2007: Finished with a distance of 29.05 metersin the javelin at the Northeastern Spring Open (March 24)...namedto the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of thevarsity track and field team at Hudson Catholic H.S...team captainin 2005 and 2006...named team MVP in 2005 and 2006...CAL All-Star2003-2006...also a four-year member of the varsity soccerteam...team MVP in 2005...CAL champions 2002-2005...valedictorianof the Hudson Catholic class of 2006.
