2016-2017:

• Competed in the 60-meter dash, 55, 60 and 100-meter hurdles, long jump and triple jump
• Recorded career-best time in the 55-meter hurdles (8.50) at UNH vs Holy Cross (1/21), 100-meter hurdles (15.00) at the Tiger Track Classic (4/7) and in the 60-meter dash (8.15) at the Tiger’s All Comers Invitational (1/14)
• Posted career-best distance in the long jump (5.84m) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships (4/7)
• Set Holy Cross record for the long jump (5.69m) at the URI Coaches Tribute Invitational and re-set the same record (5.84m) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Placed fifth in the long jump (5.57m), sixth in the triple jump (11.35m) and eighth in the 60-meter hurdles (8.85) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/24)
• Advanced to the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (3/3) and placed fifth in the long jump (5.64m)
• Named Patriot League Field Athlete of the Week
• Named C&R Tire Crusader of the Week twice
• Honored with GoHolyCross.com Crusader of the Week
• Named to Academic All-Patriot League and the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015-2016:

• Competed in 55, 60 and 100-meter hurdles, as well as high jump, triple jump and long jump events
• Recorded a career-best time in the 100m hurdles (15.24) at the New England Outdoor Championship (5/14) and cleared a career-best distance in the long jump (5.50m) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19)
• Posted season-best times in the 55m hurdles (8.74) at New Hampshire (1/16) and in the 60m hurdles (9.12) at the UMass Boston Indoor Open (12/5)
• Jumped season-best distances in the high jump (1.55m) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (12/12) and in the triple jump (11.14m) at the UMass Boston Indoor Open (12/5)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in the 55, 60 and 100-meter hurdles, long jump and triple jump
• Also competed on the 4x100-meter relay team
• Posted season-best times in the 55 (8.68) versus New Hampshire, in the 60 (9.12) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship and the 100 (15.46) at the Holy Cross Invitational
• Posted season-best distances in the long jump (5.36m) at the Valentine Invitational and triple jump (11.40m)  at the Holy Cross Invitational.

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the varsity indoor track team at Pope John XXIII High School
• Team captain for the 2013-2014 season
• Earned All-Conference honors
• Named to All-Academic team
• Team won the state championship in 2013 and 2014
• Set school records in the triple jump, 55 meter high hurdles and high jump
• Four-year member of the varsity outdoor track team
• 2014 team captain
• Won the sectional championship in the 100 meter high hurdles in 2013 and the high jump in 2014
• Team won the state championship in 2012, 2013 and 2014
• Set school record in the triple jump
• Earned All-American honors in the 800 meter medley and the shuttle hurdles
• Named All-Herald Athlete in triple jump for four seasons
• Member of National Honor Society and French Honor Society.
